Our workshop
We repair at component level, not by swapping the board.
Many devices written off as unrecoverable actually have a swollen capacitor or a broken trace. We work with a soldering station and measuring instruments, rather than replacing the whole module — often a difference of several times the cost.
Diagnosis is free, and we tell you honestly when a repair is not justified against the device's value.

01What does Doctor PC do?
Doctor PC Digital Solutions SRL is an IT services company in Mureș county, Romania. We build and maintain company IT infrastructure — networks, servers, cyber security, cloud and digitalisation — and we run our own repair workshop for laptops, desktops, printers and electronics.
02Which areas do you cover?
Our workplace is in Sâncraiu de Mureș, next to Târgu Mureș, and we handle on-site work across Mureș county. Remote administration and infrastructure projects we run throughout Romania, with scheduled visits.
03Do you work only with companies, or with individuals too?
Both. Infrastructure, maintenance and security services are built for companies and institutions, while the repair workshop takes private customers as well, without an appointment.
04How much do your services cost?
Repairs are charged for labour and parts, with free diagnostics beforehand, so you know the price before approving the work. Projects and maintenance are quoted on the actual situation: number of workstations, existing equipment and the level of availability required. We never start without an approved quote.
05How fast do you respond?
For clients on a maintenance contract, response and intervention times are set in the contract and differ by severity. Outside a contract we work in order of requests; for urgent matters the phone is fastest: +40 770 767 226.
06What certifications do you hold?
The company is certified to ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 27001 (information security). We are additionally TP-Link Omada certified for network equipment and an authorised Nexus ERP partner.
07Do you sell equipment as well?
Yes — we supply the equipment for the projects we implement, and printing consumables on contract. Product sales go through the separate shop at shop.doctor-pc.ro; this site is a presentation site only.
