1. Who we are

This document sets out the conditions for using the doctor-pc.ro website and the general framework of the contractual relationship between Doctor PC and its clients. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose of the website

This is a presentation website. Through it you can learn about our services and send us enquiries. The site does not constitute a binding offer and does not allow placing orders or making payments.

Published information is indicative. Prices, timeframes and service availability are confirmed exclusively through a written quote issued in response to a specific enquiry.

3. Enquiries sent through the site

The forms on this site allow you to send a contact enquiry, a repair request, or an application for an open position. Submitting a form does not by itself create a contract between you and Doctor PC.

We reserve the right not to act on incomplete, manifestly erroneous or automatically generated enquiries. Please provide accurate contact details — an incorrect phone number is the most common reason an enquiry goes unanswered.

4. Contracting services

Services are contracted on the basis of a written quote accepted by the client. The quote describes the work, the price, the estimated timeframe and any specific conditions.

For repair services, the Repair service terms apply additionally and take precedence on matters specific to repairs.

5. Prices and payment

Prices stated in the quote are in Romanian lei and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The price may change only with the client's prior agreement, where during execution we identify matters that could not have been established at the initial assessment.

In such situations the work stops and the client is contacted before continuing.

6. Intellectual property

The website's content — text, images, graphics, structure and code — belongs to Doctor PC or is used under lawfully obtained rights. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of this content without our written consent is prohibited.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.

7. Links to other websites

The site contains links to websites operated by third parties, including our online shop and partner company websites. We do not control their content and accept no liability for it.

8. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for damage resulting from acting on general information from the site without prior consultation. Our contractual liability is established on the basis of the accepted quote and applicable law.

Nothing in this document limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy and in Data processing and storage.

10. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint amicably. Please write to us at office@doctor-pc.ro; we respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use the European online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable solution, disputes are settled by the courts competent at the Provider's registered office, under Romanian law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this document. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use. Substantial changes will be signalled visibly.
