What data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian legislation.
2. What we collect and why

We do not collect sensitive data through the website and we never ask for passwords or card details through the site's forms.
3. Who else has access
Data is accessible to our staff who need it in order to respond to you. In addition, we use suppliers acting as processors:
- the provider hosting the website and database;
- the email provider through which notifications are sent;
- the traffic analytics provider, if you accepted statistics cookies.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Where a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- to access the data processed;
- to rectification of inaccurate data;
- to erasure, under the conditions provided by law;
- to restriction of processing;
- to data portability;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights, write to us at office@doctor-pc.ro. We respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, which do not require consent, and statistics cookies, placed only after explicit acceptance through the banner shown on your first visit. The full list, with purposes and durations, is in our Cookie policy.
You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. Refusing statistics cookies does not affect how the site works.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connections, role-based restricted access, backups and regular security updates.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The applicable version is the one published on the site. Important changes will be signalled visibly.
