01Where can we find you?
In Sâncraiu de Mureș, Str. Valea Viilor nr. 5, Mureș county — a few minutes from Târgu Mureș, with parking on site. The same address is both the registered office and the workplace.
02What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours write to us through the form or at office@doctor-pc.ro and we come back on the first working day.
03Do I need an appointment to bring in a device?
No. You can come during opening hours. If you fill in the service intake form first, we prepare the paperwork and the handover takes less time.
04Do you come to our office?
Yes. For companies we do scheduled on-site work. Many issues are faster to solve remotely, so we first check whether a visit is actually needed.
05How long until I get a reply to the form?
Messages sent during working hours usually get a reply the same day. For anything urgent, call +40 770 767 226 — it is faster than any form.
