The team is small, so nobody does just one thing. A good technician ends up working on repairs, on networks, and directly with clients. If you want a strictly defined role, this is probably not the right place.

- Genuine technical interest — it shows immediately in a practical interview
- The ability to explain what broke in terms the client understands
- Honesty: you admit when you do not know something and you ask
- A category B driving licence is an advantage for field work
