IT&C maintenance

A maintenance plan means you no longer pay emergency rates for emergency call-outs. It means predictable costs, equipment checked before it fails, and someone who already knows your infrastructure when you call.

What is included

01

Guaranteed response time

A contract with a clear SLA: how long until we respond, and how long until we are on site, by severity.

02

Predictable costs

A fixed monthly fee instead of surprise invoices. Annual budgeting becomes a line item, not a lottery.

03

Preventive checks

Updates, cleaning, backup verification and disk health checks — before the problem appears.

04

Complete records

Hardware, licence and warranty inventory kept current. You always know what you have and until when it is covered.

05

User support

Direct help for employees, by phone, remotely or on site.

06

Monthly report

What we did, what was consumed, what we recommend for next month.

Why it matters

In a company without planned maintenance, IT is only noticed when something breaks — and that is when it costs most, because you lose people's working time on top of the repair bill.

A plan moves the expense from reactive to planned: we periodically check what wears out, replace before failure, and keep security updates current. The practical result is less lost time and fewer emergencies.

What a plan includes

  • Optimising IT infrastructure so work runs under proper conditions
  • Hardware, licence and warranty records
  • System and security updates
  • Backup verification and restore testing
  • User support, remote and on site
  • Advice when buying new equipment

Frequently asked questions

01From how many workstations does a plan make sense?

In practice, from 5–10 computers a plan works out cheaper than individual call-outs. Below that we are happy to work on demand.

02What happens if we exceed the included hours?

Additional hours are billed at a preferential rate stated in the contract. No emergency surcharges on top.

03Do you cover equipment you did not install?

Yes. We run an initial audit, note what is risky, and from there everything is covered by the plan.
