Where we started

Doctor PC was founded in 2020 by a group of young entrepreneurs who had worked in IT long enough to see the same problem repeatedly: small companies get either amateur service or corporate quotes they cannot afford. Between the two there was almost nothing.

We built exactly that middle ground: serious, documented and guaranteed services, sized for companies that do not have their own IT department.

How we grew

We started with computer and laptop repairs. Clients then asked for networks, then servers, then security, then digitalisation. Every new service appeared because somebody asked whether we could do it — and because we could.

Today we cover the whole chain, from a building's infrastructure down to replacing a phone screen. We are equally good at both, because we do both every day.

How we work

Three principles you can verify:

• We tell you what we would choose. Including when it is the cheapest option and commercially worse for us.
• We do not start without your approval. The estimate comes first, and if something unexpected appears, we call.
• We hand over the documentation. Diagrams, inventories, credentials and procedures. Nothing stays known only to us.
