Delivery and returns

This page concerns orders placed in the online shop shop.doctor-pc.ro. The present website is a presentation site and does not allow placing orders.

1. Delivery

Orders are delivered by our partner courier company to the address given by the client when placing the order. The estimated delivery time is communicated when the order is confirmed and depends on stock availability.

Parcels are handed to the courier on working days. Orders confirmed after the daily collection cut-off go out the following day.

On receipt, we recommend checking the parcel's condition in the courier's presence. If the packaging shows visible damage, ask for a damage report to be drawn up — it is the only document that later allows recovering the loss from the carrier.

2. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

To exercise this right, send a clear notification to office@doctor-pc.ro, stating the order number and the products being returned.

3. Return conditions

The returned product must be:

• in the condition in which it was received, without wear beyond the handling needed to inspect it;
• accompanied by all accessories, cables and documents received;
• in its original packaging, where that packaging forms part of the product.

The cost of return is borne by the client, except where the product is non-conforming or was delivered in error.

4. Refunds

Amounts are refunded within at most 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original order unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until the product is received or until proof of dispatch is provided.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been unsealed, nor to personalised or made-to-order products.

6. Non-conforming products

If the product received is faulty or does not match the order, tell us as soon as possible. Return and replacement costs are borne by us, and the product is either replaced or fully refunded.

Product warranty is granted under the conditions set by the manufacturer and by consumer sales legislation.

7. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to office@doctor-pc.ro. We respond within at most 30 days. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or the European online dispute resolution platform.
