When it is worth it, and when it is not
We recommend cloud migration when it brings a measurable benefit: people working from several locations, the need to restart quickly after an incident, or the excessive cost of maintaining an ageing local server.
We do not recommend migrating for fashion. There are cases — legacy applications, large local data volumes, fragile internet connections — where a hybrid setup is cheaper and more stable. We tell you that before the quote, not after.

For under 50 mailboxes, usually a weekend, with a parallel run for a few days after. Large archives can extend synchronisation.
02Does the data stay in the European Union?
Yes, we set the storage region to the EU for services that allow it, and we document it in the contract.

For critical scenarios we keep a synchronised local copy and, where justified, a second internet connection.
