ERP systems — Nexus distributor

A badly implemented ERP costs more than not having one. As an authorised Nexus distributor we handle the whole chain: analysis, configuration around your workflows, data migration, training and post-launch support.

What is included

01

Analysis and configuration

We configure modules around the company's real workflows, not around default settings.

02

Data migration

We bring over catalogues, balances and history from the old system, verified before go-live.

03

Role-based training

Each department learns what it actually uses, not the entire system.

04

Post-launch support

An intensive assistance period in the first months, when the real questions appear.

05

Integration

Links to the till, the online shop and the company's other systems.

06

Updates

We keep the system current with legislative changes and new versions.

Implementation stages

We start by analysing workflows: procurement, inventory, sales, production, reporting. The result is a configuration document you approve before we touch the system.

Configuration, data migration and a parallel run with the old system follow. We switch over completely only when the figures match.

Frequently asked questions

01How long does an implementation take?

For a small company, four to eight weeks. For manufacturing or multiple warehouses, longer, depending on workflow complexity.

02Can we keep the history from our old software?

Yes, we migrate catalogues and balances, and detailed history as far as the source format allows extraction.

Let's work out exactly what you need.

We look at the current situation, tell you what is worth changing and what can wait, then you get a quote with clear figures.
