National coverage
IT maintenance,anywhere in Romania.
We administer the IT infrastructure of companies across the country, with a predictable monthly cost and a single number to call. Most problems are solved remotely, in minutes.
How remote work actually works
Most IT maintenance does not require physical presence. Updates, monitoring, account management, software troubleshooting and configuration are done remotely over secure access — equally well for a company in the same city as for one 400 kilometres away.
What does require presence — installing equipment, a hardware intervention, cabling a new office — is scheduled. We do not sell same-hour call-outs 400 kilometres away, because it cannot be done honestly.
What we do when someone has to be there
- We travel. For planned work — installations, audits, migrations — we go anywhere in the country, on a date agreed in advance.
- We ship pre-configured equipment. A router, switch or server fully prepared at our workshop is mounted locally in minutes, with no specialist needed on site.
- Repairs come by courier. Laptops, computers and network equipment reach the workshop and go back repaired. The steps are on the Sending a device by courier page.
We tell you from the first conversation what can be handled remotely and what cannot. If a maintenance contract does not make sense for your situation, we say so before quoting.
What the contract includes
- Continuous monitoring: disk space, temperatures, backup status, service availability
- System and security updates, on a plan
- User support, by phone and remote access
- Hardware, licence and warranty records
- Monthly report: what was done, what we recommend
- Advice when buying new equipment
Why a contract rather than call-outs
In a company without planned maintenance, IT is only noticed when it fails — and that is when it costs most, because you lose people's working time on top of the repair bill.
A contract moves the expense from reactive to planned. We periodically check what wears out, replace before failure, and keep updates current. The practical result is less lost time and fewer emergencies.
