What well-built infrastructure means

Not the number of cores or terabytes. It means that when a disk fails nothing stops; that when the administrator leaves the next person understands what they see; and that when the company grows 30% you do not have to replace everything.

How we work

• An audit before the quote. What equipment exists, how it is connected, where the single points of failure are. The result is a report with priorities and costs.
• Sized for the real need. Number of users, applications that must keep running, how quickly operations must resume after an incident.
• Redundancy where it matters. Not everywhere — only where a failure stops the company.
• Configured at ours, mounted at yours. Equipment leaves fully prepared. Local installation takes hours, not days.
• Documentation handed over. Network diagram, inventory, credentials in a digital vault, the restore procedure tested in front of you.

How remote work actually works

Most IT maintenance does not require physical presence. Updates, monitoring, account management, software troubleshooting and configuration are done remotely over secure access — equally well for a company in the same city as for one 400 kilometres away.

What does require presence — installing equipment, a hardware intervention, cabling a new office — is scheduled. We do not sell same-hour call-outs 400 kilometres away, because it cannot be done honestly.

What we do when someone has to be there

• We travel. For planned work — installations, audits, migrations — we go anywhere in the country, on a date agreed in advance.
• We ship pre-configured equipment. A router, switch or server fully prepared at our workshop is mounted locally in minutes, with no specialist needed on site.
• Repairs come by courier. Laptops, computers and network equipment reach the workshop and go back repaired. The steps are on the Sending a device by courier page.

We tell you from the first conversation what can be handled remotely and what cannot. If a maintenance contract does not make sense for your situation, we say so before quoting.
