# Printer repairs

Printers rarely break out of nowhere. Most often the cause is a worn roller, a dirty paper path or an unsuitable consumable. We find and fix those, instead of sending you out for a new one.

## What is included

- **All types** — Laser, inkjet, mono or colour, office printers and multifunction devices.
- **Paper jams** — We fix the cause, not just the symptom: worn rollers, dirty sensors, deformed paths.
- **Print quality** — Streaks, smudges or faded text — cleaning, fuser or drum replacement, calibration.
- **Supplies** — Original or compatible toner and cartridges, with a clear explanation of the cost-per-page difference.
- **Network setup** — We put the printer on the network and make it available to all workstations, with correct permissions.
- **Business contracts** — Maintenance and supply on contract, with priority response.

### Repairs at your site or at ours

For companies we come on site, so the printer does not drop out of the workflow. For small devices, or repairs that need a workbench, we take the unit in.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it worth repairing an old printer?

It depends on the parts cost versus the price of an equivalent new model. We give you both figures with the estimate and tell you which we would choose.

### Do compatible supplies damage the printer?

Generally no, but quality varies a lot between manufacturers. We recommend compatibles for models where we have seen good results, and originals where we have not.

### Do you come to our office?

Yes, for office equipment that is not easy to transport. Smaller devices are usually faster to fix in the workshop.

### Do you repair older printers?

We assess them. If parts are no longer available or the cost exceeds the value of the device, we say so upfront, not after dismantling everything.
