We are not necessarily after long experience. We are after technical curiosity, patience with people, and the habit of finishing what you start.

### What it is like here

The team is small, so nobody does just one thing. A good technician ends up working on repairs, on networks, and directly with clients. If you want a strictly defined role, this is probably not the right place.

In exchange, you learn fast and see the result of your work the same day.

- Autonomy: you organise your own work, nobody watches over your shoulder

### What we look for

- Genuine technical interest — it shows immediately in a practical interview
- The ability to explain what broke in terms the client understands
- Honesty: you admit when you do not know something and you ask
- A category B driving licence is an advantage for field work

### Do you accept candidates without experience?

Yes, for entry-level positions. You work alongside an experienced colleague, not alone from day one.

### Is remote work possible?

Partly. Systems administration is largely done remotely, but the workshop and client visits require being there in person.

### What happens after I send my CV?

We read every application and reply. If the profile fits, there is a short technical conversation and a visit to the workplace, so you can see where you would be working.
